Pierre Boueri is a family business advisor for SMEs, mainly in the EMEA Region. He has educational and, most importantly, practical experience in Wealth Planning, Governance & Succession Planning, and Corporate Transformation. He also is a mentor and coach for many NextGen shareholders, and serves as a Director on multiple boards in the MEA region. 

He has more than 10 years of experience in the consultancy industry and overall around 25 years of experience in executive management and was the CEO of one of the leading companies in the water industry with more than 40 years of experience in the MEA region. He led its transformation and expansion from a family business to a corporate enterprise by recreating its corporate strategy and governance and finally implementing restructuring & turn-around with change management,  that rendered a positive culture with an ongoing concern for the group. 

Currently, he helps other similar family businesses grow to the next level into the corporate world, while planning and nurturing their wealth across generations. 

Georges Samara, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business. 

He is the winner of the extraordinary doctorate award, along with more than 10 international awards for his published research. His research has focused on family business, entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and he published more than 50 academic articles, editorials, books and book chapters. 

He is the global research champion for the Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices (STEP) project; and he is Co-Editor in Chief for Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility. 

Ramy is licensed by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, the International Bar Association, and the Beirut Bar Association.

His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, taxation, corporate governance, joint ventures and cross border projects. His clients are spread across industries such as family holdings, banks, financial institutions and private equity firms, tech companies, energy, manufacturing, hospitality, and F&B.

Ramy serves as independent board member for a bank, multiple holding companies and a number of private equity firms and NGOs. Some of his other leadership position include chairing the Young Presidents Organization chapter of YPO Mena One, board membership and the GBL (Global Business Lawyers) Alliance, co-founding and board membership at the Lebanese Association of PPP, and membership of the Oil & Gas and Information Technology Committees at the Beirut Bar Association.

Ramy has acted as the legal regional advisor overseeing the merger of the two biggest French conglomerates in waste and water management (a contract of around EUR 15 billion) and acted in the facilitation of a USD 100 million EBRD loan to a Lebanese bank (support of target industries).

Amongst other pioneering deals, he was involved in the acquisition of a controlling stake in a Lebanese bank for over half a billion USD, the largest of its kind to take place in the country.

Ingrid is specialized in a broad range of corporate fields, including Transactional Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, as well as Tax and Insurance matters. 

Ingrid has participated in significant mergers and acquisitions, including the merger of two of France's largest conglomerates in the waste and water sector, as well as IT company acquisitions by a CAC 40 company.

Ingrid has a strong background in restructuring and tax law, where she helps companies realign operations, address financial challenges, and implement governance reforms while optimizing tax strategies. 

She ensures that businesses not only navigate complex restructuring processes but also achieve tax efficiency through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Ingrid’s portfolio includes the restructuring of groups of companies led by industry leaders in construction, heavy machinery, architecture, and fashion.

Jad, a graduate of Saint-Joseph University's School of Engineers, brings over 25 years of experience across Lebanon, the GCC, and West Africa. 

Throughout his career, he continuously honed his skills, becoming CEO in 2010 for a specialized fit-out company delivering prestigious 5-star hotels in Qatar for the FIFA 2022 World Cup.

Otto Acuna is an Internationally Certified Management Consultant that helps organizations to work better through strategy, operational improvement, and digital transformation. He is also a serial entrepreneur with currently 3 brands and lines of service:

2- A B2B business supporting small and medium consultancies worldwide

Otto has over 20 years of experience in managerial and non-manufacturing processes and industries. He has industry expertise in Corporate Back-Offices, Financial Services, Shared Services Centers, Not-for-Profits, Retail and Logistics, as well as broad experience in back office functions for any organization (HR, Finance, Procurement, FS Operations, CRM and sales administration, and Logistics). He is highly engaged and involved with business optimization through the use of leading-edge technologies.
